Consumers' right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
- on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods,
- or, for partial deliveries, from receipt of the last item.

of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery we offer).
The refund will be made no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
For the refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until:
- we have received the goods back, or
- you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.
Returns
The goods must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day of withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days have expired.
The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Condition of returned goods
The goods must be:
- in proper condition,
- if possible in the original packaging,
- with all accessories,
- and without excessive signs of use

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds
Once we have received and checked the return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Refunds are normally made within 10 working days using the original payment method.
Processing times at your bank or payment provider may vary in addition.

Withdrawal form
If you would like to declare your withdrawal in writing, you can use our withdrawal form. Open it, print it, fill it in completely and send it back to us signed – by post or scanned by email.
Using this form is not mandatory. An informal withdrawal by email or letter is just as valid, as long as your statement is clear and reaches us within the withdrawal period.
