These terms apply to consumers and to businesses unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By completing the order process you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your shopping cart.
The purchase contract only comes into effect through our express order confirmation or the dispatch of the goods.
Prices and payment terms
All prices are in euros.
Unless stated otherwise, the following apply:
- net prices plus statutory VAT for business customers
- gross prices including statutory VAT for consumers
Shipping costs are shown separately.

We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
Delivery and shipping
We deliver within Germany and to other European countries.
Delivery times depend on the product and may vary in particular for machines, pre-orders or during periods of high demand.
Information on delivery times is non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Partial deliveries are permitted where this is reasonable for the customer.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
Products and technical specifications
Technical data, dimensions, weights, performance figures, colours and product images serve as a general description and may deviate slightly.
Changes in the course of technical development are reserved.
Use of the machines
Our machines and products may only be used properly and in accordance with the relevant operating manual.
The buyer is obliged:
- to comply with the applicable safety regulations,
- to maintain the machine properly,
- to use suitably qualified personnel only.
We accept no liability for damage caused by improper use.
Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
For used products the warranty period may be shortened within the limits permitted by law.
Excluded from the warranty is in particular damage caused by:
- improper use,
- overloading,
- lack of maintenance,
- unauthorised modifications,
- normal wear and tear.
Transport damage
Obvious transport damage must be reported to the carrier immediately on delivery and additionally notified to us without delay.
Statutory claims remain unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.
The details are set out in our separate cancellation policy.
Liability
We are liable without limitation:
- in cases of intent and gross negligence,
- for injury to life, body or health,
- under the provisions of the German Product Liability Act.
In the event of slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Availability and changes
We reserve the right:
- to change products at any time,
- to make technical adjustments,
- to remove products from the range,
- to reject orders in the event of obvious errors.

Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Severability clause
Should any provision of these terms be or become wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
