Rippa Europe brings excavators and other construction machinery to wherever people build, dig and landscape, including matching attachments and spare parts, for construction, gardening and landscaping, agriculture, trades, municipalities and self-builders across Europe.
As a Content Creator (m/f/d), you are the creative mind behind our photos and videos on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn. You are not on the sidelines but right in the action: in our yard, at deliveries and with customers on site. You have the camera in your hand and an eye for the perfect moment, and you edit your footage yourself into clips that show what our machines can do.

Your tasks
- Photo and video shoots of our excavators, skid loaders and attachments in real use: in the yard, with customers and on building sites
- Planning, shooting and editing reels, shorts, stories and YouTube videos: product presentations, practical tests, tutorials and customer stories
- Designing social media graphics, thumbnails and images for the website and our guides in the Rippa look
- Preparing and publishing content quickly, for example on new products, promotions and deliveries
- Developing new formats together with marketing and sales that strengthen Rippa as a brand
- Supporting collaborations with influencers and our partner dealers
Your profile
- Enthusiasm for technology and machines and a wish to be outdoors in the thick of the action rather than staying in the background
- Confident use of camera and smartphone for photo and video; experience with a gimbal or drone is a plus
- Editing with common software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Design with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma and a good eye for composition, colour and typography
- A feel for trends and formats on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Personal responsibility, creativity and a hands-on mentality: you bring ideas, put them into practice independently and get customers and colleagues in front of the camera
- Good German skills; English and a category B driving licence are an advantage; as a working student, enrolment at a university
